To amend Ord. No. 2023-071, adopted May 8, 2023, which adopted the annual budget, which includes all of the separate current expense budgets for the general operation of the City government and for each utility as defined in ch. 13 of the City Charter, for the fiscal year commencing Jul.1, 2023, and ending Jun. 30, 2024, and to appropriate the estimated revenues for such fiscal year for the objects and purposes stated in such budget, to now adopt the Fiscal Year 2024 Council District Funds budgets.

THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:
§ 1. That Article I, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2023-071, adopted May 8, 2023, which adopted a General Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2023, and ending June 30, 2024, and made appropriations pursuant thereto, be and is hereby amended by adopting the Council District Funds budgets as set forth on the document entitled “Council FY 2024 District Funds,” a copy of which is attached to and incorporated into this ordinance.
§ 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
