Title: To amend Ord. No. 2022-057, adopted May 9, 2022, which (i) accepted a program of proposed Capital Improvement Projects for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 and the four fiscal years thereafter, (ii) adopted a Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 2022-2023, and (iii) determined a means of financing the same, by increasing anticipated revenue from general obligation bonds by $4,000,000.00 and by appropriating $4,000,000.00 to the Department of Fire and Emergency Services' Replacement of Fire Station 12 project in the Public Safety category for the purpose of providing additional funding for the construction of a replacement fire station for Fire Station 12. THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

§ 1.                     That Ordinance No. 2022-057, adopted May 9, 2022, which (i) accepted a program of proposed Capital Improvement Projects for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2022, and ending June 30, 2023, and the four fiscal years thereafter, (ii) adopted a Capital Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2022, and ending June 30, 2023, and (iii) determined a means of financing the same, be and is hereby amended and reordained by increasing anticipated revenues from general obligation bonds by $4,000,000.00 appropriating $4,000,000.00 to the Department of Fire and Emergency Services’ Replacement of Fire Station 12 project in the Public Safety category for the purpose of providing additional funding for the construction of a replacement fire station for Fire Station 12.

§ 2.                     This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
