To amend City Code ?? 9-26, 9-27, 9-28, 9-30, 9-31, and 9-32, concerning the boundary descriptions for City Council and School Board Districts 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7, for the purpose of changing the boundaries between City Council and School Board Districts 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7 as required for decennial redistricting.

THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:
? 1. That sections 9-26, 9-27, 9-28, 9-30, 9-31, and 9-32, of the Code of the City of Richmond (2020) be and are hereby amended as follows:
Sec. 9-26. District 1.
Election District 1 shall be described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the 1970 corporation line and Westwood Avenue; thence in a southward direction along Westwood Avenue to its intersection with the eastbound side of West Broad Street; thence in an eastward direction along the eastbound side of West Broad Street to its intersection with the centerline of [Cleveland Street; thence in a southward direction along the centerline of Cleveland Street to its intersection with the westbound side of Monument Avenue; thence in an eastward direction along the westbound side of Monument Avenue to its intersection with the southbound side of North Boulevard] North Arthur Ashe Boulevard; thence in a southward direction along the southbound side of North Arthur Ashe Boulevard to its intersection with the centerline of Ellwood Avenue; thence in a westward direction along the centerline of Ellwood Avenue and Ellwood Avenue extended to its intersection with the centerline of the northbound lane of I-195; thence in a southward direction along the centerline of the northbound lane of I-195 to its intersection with the centerline of West Cary Street; thence in a westward direction along the centerline of West Cary Street to its intersection with the centerline of the CSX Railroad; thence along the centerline of the CSX Railroad and the Powhite Parkway in a southward direction to the intersection of the Powhite Parkway with the centerli...
