THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

§ 1.                     That sections 9-26, 9-27, 9-28, 9-30, 9-31, and 9-32, of the Code of the City of Richmond (2020) be and are hereby amended as follows:

Sec. 9-26. District 1.

Election District 1 shall be described as follows:
