WHEREAS, the property located at 3101 North Arthur Ashe Boulevard and identified as Tax Parcel No. N000-1512/001 in the 2021 records of the City Assessor is a vacant, undeveloped property owned by the City of Richmond;

NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND:

                     That, pursuant to section 8-60 of the Code of the City of Richmond (2020), as amended, the property located at 3101 North Arthur Ashe Boulevard and identified as Tax Parcel No. N000-1512/001 in the 2021 records of the City Assessor is hereby declared surplus real estate, and the Chief Administrative Officer is hereby authorized to seek proposals for such property pursuant to and in accordance with section 8-62 of the Code of the City of Richmond (2020), as amended, and other applicable provisions of Chapter 8, Article III of the Code of the City of Richmond (2020), as amended.
