To amend Ord. No. 2019-041, adopted May 13, 2019, which adopted the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 General Fund Budget and made appropriations pursuant thereto, by revising the title of the Non-Departmental line item entitled “Young Men’s Christian Association of Greater Richmond - North Richmond Teen Center” for the purpose of removing the restriction that the appropriation for this line item be expended only for the North Richmond Teen Center.

THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:
§ 1. That Ordinance No. 2019-041, adopted May 13, 2019, which adopted the General Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2019, and ending June 30, 2020, and made appropriations pursuant thereto, is hereby amended by revising the title of the line item in the Non-
Departmental agency entitled “Young Men’s Christian Association of Greater Richmond - North Richmond Teen Center” to “Young Men’s Christian Association of Greater Richmond” for the purpose of removing the restriction that the appropriation for the line item be expended only for the North Richmond Teen Center.
§ 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
