To authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to accept grant funds in the amount of $395,137 from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and to appropriate the increase to the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 Special Fund Budget by increasing estimated revenues and the amount appropriated to the Department of Social Services by $395,137 for the purpose of providing $154,287 for the Housing First homeless assistance program and $240,850 for the A Place to Start homeless assistance program.
