To authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to accept grant funds in the amount of $400,000 from the United States Department of Justice, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, and to amend the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 Special Fund Budget by increasing estimated revenues and the amount appropriated to the Department of Justice Services by $400,000 for the purpose of replacing the current juvenile drug court program with a juvenile behavioral health docket program to provide additional services to juvenile offenders with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders.
