To authorize the Chief Administrative Officer, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, to accept funds in the total amount of $933,201.00 from the Virginia Department of Transportation, and to appropriate the increase to the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Capital Budget by increasing estimated revenues and the amounts appropriated to the Department of Public Works’ Transportation Projects line item in the Transportation category by $933,201.00, for the purpose of appropriating funding received from the Virginia Department of Transportation’s Primary Extension Paving program for various resurfacing projects along Chippenham Parkway, West Roanoke Street, and Westover Hills Boulevard.

THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:
§ 1. That the Chief Administrative Officer is hereby authorized to accept funds in the amount of $933,201.00 from the Virginia Department of Transportation for the purpose of appropriating funding received from the Virginia Department of Transportation’s Primary Extension Paving program for various resurfacing projects along Chippenham Parkway, West Roanoke Street, and Westover Hills Boulevard.
§ 2. That the funds received are hereby appropriated to the Capital Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2019, and ending June 30, 2020, by increasing estimated revenues by $933,201.00, increasing the amount appropriated for expenditures by $933,201.00, and allotting to the Department of Public Works’ Transportation Projects line item in the Transportation category the sum of $933,201.00 for the purpose of appropriating funding received from the Virginia Department of Transportation’s Primary Extension Paving program for various resurfacing projects along Chippenham Parkway, West Roanoke Street, and Westover Hills Boulevard.
§ 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
