To authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to accept grant funds in the amount of $350,000.00 from the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, and to appropriate the amount of $350,000.00 to the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Special Fund Budget by increasing estimated revenues and the amount appropriated to the Adult Drug Court agency special fund called the RADTC - SAMHSA Grant special fund by $350,000.00 for the purpose of supporting and enhancing services provided to addicted offenders assigned to the Richmond Adult Drug Treatment Court Program.
