THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

 

§ 1.                     That the fees set forth in Appendix A of the Code of the City of Richmond (2015) for sections 28-650(d), 28-650(e)(1), 28-651(d), 28-652(d), 28-653(d), and 28-654(d) of the  Code of the City of Richmond (2015) be and are hereby amended and reordained as follows:
