THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

That the City Manager, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, is directed to enter into an agreement with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development concerning a grant of funds in the amount of $90,000 allotted the City of Richmond for the purpose of enabling the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority to initiate an Urban Homesteading Program in the proposed Northside Area Urban Homesteading portion of the Northside City-Wide Reha-bilitation Area No. 10, a copy of the proposed grant agree-ment being attached to the draft of this ordinance.
