THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

§ 1.                     That the Chief Administrative Officer, for an on behalf of the City of Richmond, is hereby authorized to accept a donation of a Jeep Wrangler Sport valued at approximately $40,711.75 from the Friends of The James River Park for use in the City’s James River Park System and other City parks.

§ 2.                     This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
