THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

§ 1.                     That the Chief Administrative Officer, for an on behalf of the City of Richmond, is hereby authorized to accept a donation of construction services and materials valued at approximately $56,500.00 from the Friends of The James River Park for the purpose of facilitating the construction of a new pedestrian and bicycle trail at Reedy Creek in the city of Richmond.

§ 2.                     This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
