BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND:
That Kennon C. Wright is hereby appointed to the position of Council Liaison beginning March 13, 2023. However, such appointment shall not become effective until the appointee has satisfied all pre-hiring requirements for this position.
