To amend Ord. No. 2022-062, adopted May 9, 2022, which adopted the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Parking Enterprise Fund Budget, by re-appropriating $1,800,00.00 from the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Parking Enterprise Fund’s fund balance to the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Department of Public Works’ Parking Enterprise Fund Budget for the purpose of funding capital improvements and maintenance for City-owned parking facilities.

THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:
§ 1. That Ordinance No. 2022-062, adopted May 9, 2022, which adopted a Parking Enterprise Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2022, and ending July 30, 2023, is hereby amended by re-appropriating $1,800,000.00 from the Parking Enterprise Fund’s fund balance for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2021, and ending June 30, 2022, to the Department of Public Works’ Parking Enterprise Fund for the purpose of funding capital improvements and maintenance for City-owned parking facilities.
§ 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
