To repeal Ord. No. 2008-189-2009-171, adopted Oct. 26, 2009, which prohibited the installation of a roundabout at the intersection of Hermitage Road and Laburnum Avenue.

WHEREAS, section 2-428 of the Code of the City of Richmond (2020), as amended, requires an appropriate study by the Department of Public Works prior to the adoption of an ordinance regulating motor vehicle traffic within the city; and
WHEREAS, this ordinance has been properly referred to the Department of Public Works and more than 60 days have elapsed since such referral or the Department of Public Works has submitted its report to the City Clerk;
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:
§ 1. That Ordinance No. 2008-189-2009-171, adopted October 26, 2009, which
prohibited the installation of a roundabout at the intersection of Hermitage Road and Laburnum Avenue, be and is hereby repealed.
§ 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
