To amend Ord. No. 2022-056, adopted May 9, 2022, which adopted the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Special Fund Budget and made appropriations pursuant thereto, to transfer $72,000.00 from the Department of Fire and Emergency Services, and appropriate such $72,000.00 to the Department of Emergency Communications, for the purpose of moving the funding for the Office of Emergency Management from the Department of Fire and Emergency Services to its new location within the Department of Emergency Communications.

THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:
§ 1. That Ordinance No. 2022-056, adopted May 9, 2022, which adopted a Special Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2022, and ending June 30, 2023, and made appropriations pursuant thereto, is hereby amended by transferring funds in the amount of $72,000.00 from the Department of Fire and Emergency Services Special Funds and appropriating those transferred funds in the amount of $72,000.00 to the Department of Emergency Communications, for the purpose of moving the funding for the Office of Emergency Management from the Department of Fire and Emergency Services to its new location within the Department of Emergency Communications.
§ 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
