Title: To amend Ord. No. 2022-055, adopted May 9, 2022, which adopted the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 General Fund Budget and made appropriations pursuant thereto, by transferring funds in the amount of $11,000.00 from the Non-Departmental agency Reserve for Children's Fund line item, and to appropriate such transferred funds in the amount of $11,000.00 to the Department of Police General Fund budget by increasing estimated revenues and the amount appropriated to the Department of Police's Community, Youth, and Intervention Services program by $11,000.00, for the purpose of funding the expansion of the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority's RVA C.O.O.K.S. program to provide youth development programs for the Greater Fulton community.

THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

§ 1.                     That Ordinance No. 2022-055, adopted May 9, 2022, which adopted the General Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2022, and ending June 30, 2023, and made appropriations thereto, is hereby amended by transferring $11,000.00 from the Non-Departmental agency Reserve for Children’s Fund line item, and to appropriate such transferred funds in the amount of $11,000.00 to the Department of Police General Fund budget by increasing estimated revenues and the amount appropriated to the Department of Police’s Community, Youth, and Intervention Services program by $11,000.00, for the purpose of funding the expansion of the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority’s RVA C.O.O.K.S. program to provide youth development programs for the Greater Fulton community. 

§ 2.                     This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
