Title: To authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to accept funds from the U. S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, in the total amount of $1,966,278.00; to amend Ord. THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:
? 1. That the Chief Administrative Officer is authorized to accept funds for the City of Richmond in the amount of $1,966,278.00 from the United States Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, for the purpose of funding gun violence prevention initiatives in the city of Richmond.
? 2. That Ordinance No. 2022-056, adopted May 9, 2022, which adopted the Special Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2022, and ending June 30, 2023, by:
