THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

 

                     § 1.                     That the Chief Administrative Officer is hereby authorized to accept funds in the amount of $1,357,809.00 from the Virginia Department of Transportation for the purpose of  appropriating funding received from the Virginia Department of Transportation’s Primary Extension /State of Good Repair (SGR) Paving Funding program for various resurfacing projects along Belt Boulevard and Broad Rock Boulevard.

                     § 2.                     That the funds received are hereby appropriated to the Capital Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2022, and ending June 30, 2023, by increasing estimated revenues by $1,357,809.00, increasing the amount appropriated for expenditures by $1,357,809.00, and allotting to the Department of Public Works’ Complete Streets Project line item in the Transportation category, with award number 501100, the sum of $1,357,809.00 for the purpose of appropriating funding received from the Virginia Department of Transportation’s Primary Extension Paving program for various resurfacing projects along Belt Boulevard and Broad Rock Boulevard.

§ 3.                     This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
