To amend and reordain City Code ? 9-58, which assigns polling places in the city, to remove the polling place for abolished Precinct 203 and to establish new polling places for new Precincts 216, 311, 611, and 709.

THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:
? 1. That section 9-58 of the Code of the City of Richmond (2020) be and is hereby amended and reordained as follows:
Sec. 9-58. Polling places.
Pursuant to Code of Virginia, ?? 24.2-310 and 24.2-310.1, the polling places for each of the precincts established in this article shall be as follows:
