To amend City Code ?? 12-119, concerning rates and discounts for parking facilities operated by the City, and 27-245, concerning installation of meters, charges, and manner of parking, to revise the fees for parking meters and certain parking facilities.

THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:
? 1. That sections 12-119 and 27-245 of the Code of the City of Richmond (2020) be
and hereby are amended as follows:
Sec. 12-119. Rates and discounts for parking facilities operated by the City.
(a) The rates and discounts for parking in the following City-owned off-street parking facilities shall be as follows:
(1) 5th and Marshall Street Garage.
