To authorize the Chief Administrative Officer, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, to accept funds in the total amount of $75,000.00 from The Washington Football Charitable Foundation, Inc. and to appropriate the increase to the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Capital Budget by increasing estimated revenues and the amount appropriated to the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities’ Community Center Enhancements (FY21) - Hotchkiss project in the Culture and Recreation category by $75,000.00 for the purpose of funding the renovation of outdoor facilities and amenities at Hotchkiss Field Community Center located at 701 East Brookland Park Boulevard. THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:
§ 1. That the Chief Administrative Officer is hereby authorized to accept funds in the amount of $75,000.00 from The Washington Football Charitable Foundation, Inc. for the purpose of funding the renovation of outdoor facilities and amenities at Hotchkiss Field Community Center located at 701 East Brookland Park Boulevard.
§ 2. That the funds received are hereby appropriated to the Capital Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2021, and ending June 30, 2022, by increasing estimated revenues by $75,000.00, increasing the amount appropriated for expenditures by $75,000.00, and allotting to the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities’ Community Center Enhancements (FY21) - Hotchkiss project in the Culture and Recreation category the sum of $75,000.00 for the purpose of funding the renovation of outdoor facilities and amenities at Hotchkiss Field Community Center located at 701 East Brookland Park Boulevard.
§ 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
