BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND:

That, as provided for in 5.01.1 of the Charter of the City of Richmond (2020), as amended, the Council hereby consents to the Mayor’s appointment of J. E. Lincoln Saunders to the position of Chief Administrative Officer for an indefinite term to begin September 27, 2021.
