BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND:
That the services of Craig K. Bieber as a Council Liaison of the City of Richmond are terminated effective January 11, 2021.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the Council, as the appointing authority of Craig K. Bieber, exercises its discretion to award to Craig K. Bieber severance pay computed in accordance with section III(B)(27) of the Pay Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 2018-319, adopted January 14, 2019, as amended.
