BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND:
That Meghan K. Brown is hereby appointed to the position of Interim Council Chief of Staff for a term commencing upon adoption of this resolution and terminating upon the earlier of (i) the appointment of a Council Chief of Staff, (ii) the appointment of a succeeding Interim Council Chief of Staff, or (iii) January 31, 2021, and that as the Interim Council Chief of Staff, she shall have all the powers and duties conferred upon or required by law of the Council Chief of Staff.
