Title

To amend Appendix A of the City Code for section 24-117, concerning the application and processing fee for each administrative approval encroachment application for use of a sidewalk for outdoor dining purposes applied for by October 31, 2020.

Body

THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

§ 1.                                                                      That the fees set forth in Appendix A of the Code of the City of Richmond (2015) be and are hereby amended and reordained for section 24-117 of the Code of the City of Richmond (2015) as follows:

	Application and processing fee for each temporary administrative approval encroachment application for use of a sidewalk for outdoor dining purposes applied for by October 31, 2020	$0.00
	Application and processing fee for each Council approval encroachment request	$1,000.00

§ 2.                                                This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
