THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

I. That Ordinance No. 83-67-66, adopted April 25, 1983, as amended by Ordinance No. 95-244-274, adopted November 13, 1995, is hereby amended and reordained as follows:

Grove Avenue to a point; thence extending 171.58 feet in a southerly direction along a line parallel

to the east right of way line of Granite Avenue to a point; thence extending 95.50 feet in a westerly

direction along a line perpendicular to the east right of way line of Granite Avenue to a point, said

point being 52.52 feet east of the east right of way line of Granite Avenue; thence extending 141.91

feet in a northerly direction along a line parallel to the east right of way line of Granite Avenue to
