Title

To amend Ord. No. 2020-050, adopted May 11, 2020,  which adopted the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Special Fund Budget and made appropriations pursuant thereto, by increasing estimated revenues from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the amount appropriated to the Department of Housing and Community Development’s Special Fund by $418,767.00, for the purpose of funding housing, community and economic development activities, and assistance for low- and moderate- income persons and special needs populations.

THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

 

                     § 1.                     That Ordinance No. 2020-050, adopted May 11, 2020, which adopted a Special Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2020, and ending June 30, 2021, and made appropriations pursuant thereto, be and is hereby amended by increasing estimated revenues from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development by $418,767.00.

                     § 2.                     That the funds described in section 1 of this ordinance are hereby appropriated to the Special Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2020, and ending June 30, 2021, by increasing estimated revenues by $418,767.00, increasing the amount appropriated for expenditures by $418,767.00, and allotting to the Department of Housing and Community Development’s Special Fund the sum of $418,767.00 for the purpose of funding housing, community and economic development activities, and assistance for low- and moderate- income persons and special needs populations.

§ 3.                      This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
