Title

To amend and reordain the fees set forth in Appendix A of City Code § 8-274(a)(2), (concerning the issuance of permits and conditions for concessions) for the purpose of providing for permit fees for the issuance of permits for concessions in public parks and playgrounds of the City.

Body

THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

                     § 1.                     That the fee set forth in Appendix A of the Code of the City of Richmond (2015) for section 8-274 (a)(2) of the Code of the City of Richmond (2015) be and is hereby amended and reordained as follows:

Code Section	Description	Fee
8-274(a)(2)	Permit fee for the sale of each class of merchandise, based on attendance:
	(1) Up to 100 attendees	$50.00
	(2) 101 to 200 attendees	$100.00
	(3) 201 to 999 attendees	$250.00
	(4) 1000 or more attendees	$500.00

                     § 2.                     This ordinance shall be in force and effect on July 1, 2020.
