BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND:
That Lawrence Rashad Anderson is hereby appointed to the position of Council Chief of Staff for an indefinite term beginning November 18, 2019, provided the appointee has satisfied all necessary pre-hiring requirements.
