BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND:

                     1.                     That Haskell C. Brown, III, is hereby appointed to the position of Interim City Attorney for an indefinite term beginning November 1, 2019; and

                     2.                     That the Interim City Attorney shall have and exercise all the powers and duties conferred upon the City Attorney by law or required of the position by law.
