THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

                     § 1.                     That, pursuant to section 2.03(a) of the Charter of the City of Richmond (2019), as amended, pedestrian curb ramps shall be installed on the northwest, southwest, and southeast corners at the intersection of Juniper Street and 3^rd Avenue, and on the northwest, southwest, northeast, and southeast corners at the intersection of Spruce Street and 3^rd Avenue.

                     § 2.                     This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
