THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

 

                     § 1.                       That the Chief Administrative Officer, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, be and is hereby authorized to execute a Standard Project Administration Agreement between the City of Richmond and the Virginia Department of Transportation to provide funding for the construction of a paved path, a bicycle lane, and an Americans with Disabilities Act-accessible ramp to connect the Virginia Capital Trail at the intersection of Dock Street and South 17th Street with the northern terminus of the T. Tyler Potterfield Memorial Bridge. The Standard Project Administration Agreement shall be approved as to form by the City Attorney and shall be substantially in the form of the document attached to this ordinance.

                     § 2.                       This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
