To amend ch. 12, art. IV of the City Code by adding therein a new § 12-123, concerning fees for Fire and Emergency Services training events, and to amend Appendix A of the City Code by adding therein a new fee for § 12-123.

THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:
§ 1. That Chapter 12, Article IV of the Code of the City of Richmond (2015) be and is hereby amended and reordained by adding therein a new section numbered 12-123 as follows:
Sec. 12-123. Fire and Emergency Services training events.
A fee as set forth in Appendix A to this Code shall be assessed by the City, through the Department of Fire and Emergency Services, for each person who attends a training event held by the Department of Fire and Emergency Services for sworn firefighter personnel.
§ 2. That Appendix A of the Code of the City of Richmond (2015) be and is hereby amended and reordained by adding therein a new fee for section 12-123 of the Code of the City of Richmond (2015) as follows:
