THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

 

                     § 1.                       That the Chief Administrative Officer, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, be and is hereby authorized to execute a Standard Project Administration Agreement between the City of Richmond and the Virginia Department of Transportation to provide funding for the installation of pedestrian access and safety improvements including crosswalks, refuge areas, continuous routes, and traffic channelization on the streets surrounding the park at Kanawha Plaza. The Standard Project Administration Agreement shall be approved as to form by the City Attorney and shall be substantially in the form of the document attached to this ordinance.

                     § 2.                       That Ordinance No. 2018-332, adopted Jan. 28, 2019, is hereby repealed.

                     § 3.                       This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
