THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

 

                     § 1.                     That the Chief Administrative Officer is authorized to accept funds in the amount of $5,000.00 from Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry Virginia Campaign for the purpose of increasing the number of healthy meals served through the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities’ Summer Food Program.

                     § 2.                     That Ordinance No. 2018-058, adopted May 14, 2018, which adopted a Special Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2018, and ending June 30, 2019, and made appropriations pursuant thereto, be and is hereby amended by increasing revenues from the funds accepted pursuant to section 1 of this ordinance increasing the amount appropriated for expenditures by $5,000.00 and increasing the amount appropriated to the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities’ Summer Food Program Special Fund by $5,000.00 for the purpose of increasing the number of healthy meals served through the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities’ Summer Food Program.

                     § 3.                     This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
