TITLE
To appoint James Osuna to serve as Inspector General.
BODY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND:
1. That James Osuna is hereby appointed to the position of Inspector General for an indefinite term beginning June 24, 2019, provided the appointee has satisfied all necessary pre-hiring requirements; and
2. That the Inspector General shall have and exercise all the powers and duties conferred upon the Inspector General by law or required of the position by law.
