THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

 

                     § 1.                     That the fees set forth in Appendix A of the Code of the City of Richmond (2015) for sections 28-191(2), 28-191(3), 28-192(2), 28-193(2), 28-195(f), 28-196(f), 28-198(2),  28-202(c),  28-203(c), and 28-204(b) of the Code of the City of Richmond (2015) be and are hereby amended and reordained as follows:
