THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:
? 1. That section 24-63 of the Code of the City of Richmond (2015) be and is hereby amended and reordained as follows:
Sec. 24-63. Permit fees.
[Except as otherwise specifically provided, permits issued in accordance with] Each permit issued under this article [shall be classified under one of five classes, as determined by the Director, and] is subject to the applicable fee [as] set forth in Appendix A to this Code [for the respective class shall].
