To authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to accept funds in the amount of $333,025.00 from the Virginia Department of Social Services and to appropriate the increase to the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 General Fund Budget by increasing estimated revenues and the amount appropriated to the Department of Social Services by $333,025.00 for the purpose of funding the use of existing and additional personnel to process overdue Medicaid applications.
