To authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to accept funds in the amount of $280,000 from the Virginia Department of Transportation; to amend the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 Capital Budget by establishing a new project in the Transportation Category called the Bellemeade Park Pedestrian Trail and Bridge project; and to appropriate the amount of $280,000 to the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 Capital Budget by increasing estimated revenues and the amount appropriated to the new Bellemeade Park Pedestrian Trail and Bridge project by $280,000 for the purpose of designing and constructing a pedestrian trail from the new Oak Grove Elementary School across Bellemeade Park to the park entrance at the intersection of Minefee Street and Gunn Street.
