THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

                     § 1.                     That the designated Special Fund Budgets for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2019, and ending June 30, 2020, attached to this ordinance as Attachment A, are hereby adopted and made a part of this ordinance.

                     § 2.                     That the sum of $138,163,061 of the estimated revenue for the period commencing July 1, 2019, is hereby appropriated from the receipts of all Special Revenue funds.

                     § 3.                     This ordinance shall be in force and effect as of July 1, 2019.
