THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

                                                                          § 1.                                                                      That the fees set forth in Appendix A of the Code of the City of Richmond (2015) be and are hereby amended and reordained for section 12-120(a)(20) of the Code of the City of Richmond (2015) as follows:

	(1)	Daily rates	$5.00
	(2)	Special event and night rates	$5.00
	(3)	Monthly evening rate: 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.	$40.00

§ 2.                                                This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
