To authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to accept funds in the amount of $115,000 from the Virginia Department of Transportation; and to appropriate the amount of $115,000 to the Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Capital Budget by increasing estimated revenues and the amount appropriated to the Traffic Control Installation project in the Transportation category by $115,000 for the purpose of the installation of a new traffic signal at the intersection of Williamsburg Avenue and Nicholson Street.
