BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND:
That Timothy Siverd, Jr. is hereby appointed to the position of Council Liaison beginning October 10, 2022. However, such appointment shall not become effective until the appointee has satisfied all pre-hiring requirements for this position.
