That Foster Curtiss is hereby appointed to the position of Inspector General for an indefinite term beginning January 12, 2026, provided the appointee has satisfied all necessary pre-hiring requirements and that as the Inspector General, he shall have all the powers and duties conferred upon the Inspector General or required by law.

BACKGROUND: This O&R is requesting appointment of Foster Curtiss as the Inspector General. Mr. Curtiss’ start date of employment is January 12, 2026; therefore, the requested effective date of appointment is January 12, 2026. The expected date of introduction if Monday, January 12, 2026, for expedited consideration.
