THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

§ 1.                     That Ordinance No. 2018-057, adopted May 14, 2018, which adopted the General Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2018, and ending June 30, 2019, and made appropriations pursuant thereto, be and is hereby amended by increasing anticipated revenues from  personal property taxes by $180,000.00 and increasing the amount appropriated to the Office of Animal Care and Control’s Animal Control program, with program number 08801, by $180,000.00 for the purpose of funding costs for mandated services for animal cruelty cases including forensic testing, veterinary surgeries, and other operational expenses.

§ 2.                     This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
