WHEREAS, in accordance with the Virginia Department of Transportation's Urban Construction and Maintenance Program policies and guidelines, the City Council must adopt a resolution requesting that the Department amend the street maintenance mileage inventory for the City of Richmond in order to incorporate all changes made to the City's mileage inventory identified on Form U-1, a copy of which is attached to this resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND:
That the Council requests that the Virginia Department of Transportation amend the mileage inventory for the City of Richmond in order to incorporate all changes made to the City's mileage inventory identified on Form U-1, a copy of which is attached to this resolution.
